Event Sharing: 26th Anniversary of the Hong Kong SAR - Harmony Pastel Workshop

To celebrate the 26th anniversary of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the Lam Tin District Committee organized a "Parent-child Pastel Nagomi Art Workshop," with Creative Education assisting in the smooth execution of the event.

From designing the backdrop and selecting materials to conducting the workshop, Creative Education dedicated significant effort to this project. We aimed to convey the theme of "Harmony and Inclusion," allowing parents and children to enjoy the fun of creation together and strengthen their bond. The harmony pastel art form, characterized by soft tones, is often used in educational and therapeutic settings, making it an ideal choice for parent-child activities.

The harmony pastel workshop has always been a popular course offered by Creative Education. This time, we mobilized seven experienced instructors to provide group teaching to participating parents and children. Together, they worked on two different artworks, with over 100 attendees joining the event. Witnessing the smiles of happiness and satisfaction on the faces of parents and children as they created and completed their artworks was truly infectious.
