The Hong Kong education system has undergone numerous reforms, leading to increased burdens on teachers. In addition to daily tasks such as lesson preparation, grading assignments, and communicating with parents, teachers now face a growing amount of administrative work. This includes preparing proposals and tenders, writing self-evaluations and annual work plans, and organizing subsidy documents. As a result, the time available for interaction between teachers and students has been significantly reduced.
