Currently a board member of five subsidized secondary schools’ incorporated management committees, holding a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Master of Laws (LLM), with rich knowledge of school management and legal issues. Also involved in the "New Principal Training" and "Principal Legal Course" commissioned by the Education Bureau, and has led discussions on "School-Based Management and Legal Foundations" for board members/principals, as well as teacher professional development training/workshops.
